Shipping and delivery policy

All products sold on Plug Craft are digital WordPress plugins. Nothing is shipped physically, and there are no shipping charges.

How delivery works

• As soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, you are taken to a confirmation page that shows your licence key and a button to download the plugin.
• We also email your licence key and a link to your order page to the email address you entered at checkout.
• Your order page always offers the latest version of the plugin, so you can come back to it to download updates during your licence term.

Delivery time

Delivery is instant in most cases and normally completes within a few minutes of payment. If a payment takes longer to be confirmed by your bank, delivery happens as soon as Razorpay confirms it.

If you do not receive your order

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If nothing has arrived within one hour of a successful payment, email support@plugcraft.com with your payment reference or order number and we will send your licence and download link again.
