This website, Plug Craft, is operated by Plug Craft, Prestige Tech Park, Kadubeesanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560103 ("we", "us", "our"). These terms apply to everyone who visits the website or buys a product from it. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

What we sell

We sell licences for WordPress plugins developed by us. Each product page describes what the plugin does, its requirements and its compatibility. The plugins are digital products and are delivered electronically; nothing is shipped physically.

Licences

• A Single Site licence allows you to use the plugin on one website at a time. An Unlimited Sites licence allows you to use it on any number of websites that you own or manage for your clients.
• A licence includes access to downloads of the latest version of the plugin for [licence term, for example 12 months] from the date of purchase.
• Your licence key and order page are personal to you or your organisation. You may not share, resell, sublicense or publish them, or make the plugin files available for others to download.
• We may suspend a licence that is shared publicly, used for fraud, or linked to a payment that is reversed or charged back.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited on its secure payment page using the methods it supports, such as cards, UPI, net banking and wallets. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details. An order is confirmed only when Razorpay confirms that the payment was successful.

We may change prices at any time. A change does not affect orders that have already been paid.

Delivery

After a successful payment you receive your licence key and a link to your order page, from which you can download the plugin. Details are in our shipping and delivery policy.

Refunds and cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are handled under our cancellation and refund policy.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your website, its hosting, its content and its backups. Please test plugins on a staging copy of your site where possible and keep a current backup before installing or updating any software. Our plugins include previews, backups and undo features, but they do not replace your own backups.

Intellectual property

The plugins, this website and their content remain our property or that of our licensors. Your licence gives you the right to use the plugin as described above; it does not transfer ownership. WordPress and Elementor are trademarks of their respective owners, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The plugins are provided as described on their product pages. We do not guarantee that they will be free of errors or suit every hosting setup. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data, revenue or business, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore.
