This policy explains how Plug Craft ("we", "us"), which operates Plug Craft, collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit this website or buy from it.

Information we collect

  • Order details: your name (if you give it), email address, the plugin and licence you buy, the amount, and the order and payment references returned by Razorpay.
  • Licence details: your licence key and the number of times you download the plugin.
  • Messages: anything you send us by email when you ask for help.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.

Payment information

Payments are made on Razorpay's secure payment page. Your card number, UPI ID, bank login and similar details are entered directly with Razorpay and are never sent to or stored by us. Razorpay processes them under its own privacy policy.

How we use information

  • To process your order and deliver your licence key and downloads.
  • To send you order emails and answer your questions.
  • To prevent fraud and misuse of licences.
  • To keep accounting and tax records as the law requires.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. A cookie is set only when our own administrators sign in to manage the store.

Who we share information with

We share only what is needed to run the store: Razorpay to process payments, our hosting provider to run the website, and our email provider to send order emails. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Order and licence records are kept for as long as your licence is active and for the period required by tax and accounting law. You can ask us to delete other information at any time.

Security

Order data is stored on our server outside the public part of the website, access to the store dashboard is password protected, and all pages are served over HTTPS.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to support@plugcraft.com.
